How The Web Guiding System Works
The web guide machine directs the sensor to emit either infrared or ultrasonic waves to monitor the coil’s operation, transmitting the data to the web guiding controller. Upon detecting any positional deviation, the guide controller executes preset commands, prompting the drive system to adjust and correct the web’s position accordingly.
Key Components
The web guide control system consists of four integral components: a controller, a web guide sensor, an electric drive, and a web guide mechanism, operating within a closed-loop control system. The sensor accurately detects the coil’s edge position, measuring the disparity between the actual and desired positions and translating it into a proportional voltage signal. This signal is then transmitted to the controller, where it undergoes amplification and calibration. Subsequently, the controller sends the processed signal to the electric driver, which in turn commands the web guide mechanism to adjust the coil’s position based on the signal’s magnitude, guiding it toward the predetermined set position.

Installation & Testing Of The Web Guiding System Machine
All the machines here have been installed web guide, and we don’t turn on the machine. First press the manual mode or center button. This is manual mode. This is the center button. They have the same effect.
Let the machine start. If there is a deviation, adjust the upper layer of fabric then. For example, if deviation is to the left, it needs to be adjusted to the right. In the same way, if the deviation is to the right, you must adjust to the left. Before turning on the correction, make sure that the fabric is aligned, and open the correction device after this. After adjusting the fabric, the probe is aligned with the red dot and the upper line is aligned with the edge of fabric. Then tighten the lower screw and we will locate it.
After setting the position, turn on the automatic key. Now it is in automatic state. If there is an offset, it will all be aligned with the upper line, and it will all be corrected gradually.
Every layer is the same, and probe in this layer should also be aligned with the red dot. The lower screw must be loosened firstly, and then the probe can be moved and aligned with the red dot. After this step, we set it in place and twist the black screw. Then turn on the automatic button. If there is a deviation, the corrector will swing and automatically correct it too. The one in the lower layer is the same, when the adjustment is done, we don’t need to operate it. After finishing these procedures, turn on all the machines in automatic state. Now all of them run automatically, without deviation.
