Arise Team Buiding – United in heart and mind, we move forward together

As the city’s clamor fades behind us and the gentle breeze from Qiaoping Mountain brushes across our faces, a journey of “unity” and “joy” begins. Recently, Arise made our way to the “Go to Forest Life · Fireworks Gathering Place” – a pristine mountain forest brimming with negative oxygen ions – and pulled off a truly fantastic, fun-filled team-building event. There was no awkwardness, no grueling drills – just hearty laughter, overflowing chemistry, and a team spirit rekindled like never before.

Our team-building kicked off with the classic, laugh-out-loud icebreaker – “Tree & Squirrel.”
“Hunter!” – squirrels dash frantically, scrambling for new shelters.
“Fire!” – trees quickly reshuffle, guarding their teammates in place.
“Earthquake!” – everyone breaks apart and re-forms, roles flipping in an instant…

After a few rounds, the new and veteran colleagues who had initially been a bit reserved quickly warmed up to each other amid all the running and laughter. Those who got left out became the source of the very first wave of laughs — making animal sounds, performing little acts, taking on squat challenges — every single “forfeit” turned into a small opportunity to bring everyone closer.

Fun Face-off: Mind and Muscle in Sync.
Water Bottle Battle – A Contest of Speed and Strategy
Figures darting toward the supply pile, footsteps shuttling back and forth, and deafening cheers from the sidelines… In a two-minute timed scramble, every second pulses with excitement. Some played it steady by targeting the “home base,” while others made agile interceptions to snatch victory by surprise. It turns out that team chemistry can be forged in an instant – right there in the heat of the run.

Who’s the Spy? – A Best-Acting Showcase
“It’s something you do every day.”“It’s got a bit of a smell to it.”“It’s related to the mouth.” …

The intense tug-of-war between civilians and the spy, the psychological duel of descriptions and votes – every round’s reveal came with gasps of “So it was you!” It has to be said – when it comes to acting, everyone on our team is a true powerhouse!
“The NoLaugh Challenge – The Ultimate Test of Poker Faces”
Fill your mouth with water, stare each other down, wait 15 seconds for the tension to build, then let the showdown begin… This one definitely used up the most water out of all our games!

The sideline teammates kept throwing in funny faces and distracting gestures, while the contestants inside fought to hold it together – their expressions twisting every which way, lips pressed firmly shut. The moment the first mouthful of water sprayed out, the whole place burst into laughter so hard no one could stand straight. Work stress? KPI troubles? In that very moment – they all just vanished!

At 12 o’clock sharp, lunchtime arrived right on cue.
After a morning of nonstop mental and physical output, everyone was more than ready to eat. As we walked into the dining hall, the fragrant steam of freshly cooked dishes hit us – hearty farmhouse flavors, fresh mountain greens and seasonal vegetables, every bite infused with the cozy hearth-and-home spirit of the forest.

Sitting around the table, we ate and chatted – topics ranging from the highlights of the games, to funny stories from daily life, to little anecdotes at work… The laughter and conversation around the table warmed our hearts even more than the food itself. No hierarchical formality, just easy camaraderie among colleagues. And maybe that’s the truest meaning of team-building – beyond fighting side by side, we can also sit down together, share a hot meal, and talk like old friends.
“Afternoon Break: Slow Living in the Woods”
After a hearty meal, the leisurely afternoon belonged to everyone.
Some picked up fishing rods and enjoyed the serenity of lakeside angling, reaping a satisfying catch. Others gathered around tables for backtoback rounds of Werewolf and Dou Dizhu, their mental duel in full swing. Some strolled along the 2kilometer lake loop trail, breathing deeply among the trees and letting their bodies and minds completely unwind. And a few headed to the KTV room to show off their singing voices, or went all out in intense Mahjong battles…
No rush, no fixed schedule – everyone found their own way to have fun. Perhaps that’s what a great teambuilding day looks like – the perfect balance of collective cheer and personal freedom.
