Celebrating Two Festivals, Uniting Strength and Moving Forward Together! The Team-building Event of Chongqing ARISE Technology Co., Ltd. has Successfully Concluded

Celebrating the National Day, Welcoming the Mid-Autumn Festival

The autumn breeze carried the sweet fragrance of osmanthus and the joy of the dual festivals. On September 29, all colleagues of Chongqing ARISE Technology Co., Ltd. gathered together for a team-building event filled with laughter, warmth, and collaboration, offering a unique tribute to the 76th anniversary of the nation and the Mid-Autumn Festival. From the passion of group singing to the excitement of games, and the warmth of the hotpot feast—every moment was a memory to cherish.。

The team-building event officially commenced at 1:00 PM. We ignited the atmosphere with the song “My Motherland and Me” — small red flags waving in hands transformed into a sea of crimson, filling the familiar melody with heartfelt respect for our nation. After the chorus, we captured a group photo, where every smiling face in the frame marked the perfect opening chapter of this memorable event.

A Full Moon Marks the Nation’s Glory.

From 1:30 PM to 4:10 PM, five carefully designed games filled the venue with constant laughter and allowed everyone to feel the strength of teamwork through collaboration.

Finding the Right Match: Through a warm-up game, the four small teams merged into two larger ones, preparing for the upcoming challenges.

Name Tag Ripping Challenge

The scene was absolutely electric: some ambushed others from around hallway corners, some teamed up to gang up on targets, while others followed the sound of a bell, searching for the mysterious player, afraid that the missions would be taken if they were a step too late.

Flying Flour

Following a short break, the game “ Flying Flour” commanded the stage. With ten players per team lined up, tasked to relay flour using only cards clenched in their teeth, the goal was simple: move the most in three minutes. The initial attempts were a comical spectacle—a slight tilt of a card meant a cloud of flour enveloping a player’s face, instantly transforming them into a “floury tabby.” But soon, rhythms emerged; a gentle pass from one, a steady receive from the next, syncing into a seamless flow of coordination.

Acupressure Mat Rock-Paper-Scissors

The third game, “Acupressure Mat Rock-Paper-Scissors,” was undoubtedly the most thrilling one! With 10 players per team competing in three rounds, the moment they stepped onto the acupressure mat, many winced in pain but still gritted their teeth and shouted, “Rock, paper, scissors!” When a player was eliminated, teammates would immediately pat their shoulder in encouragement. The winner stayed on the mat to continue the battle, cheered on by a chorus of “Go, go!” from behind. After three rounds, everyone’s feet were a bit numb, but the smiles on their faces were unmistakable. It turns out that “suffering” together with teammates is its own kind of joy!

You Perform, I Guess

A perfect blend of creativity and teamwork.

Blindfolded Watermelon Eating

Final Game: Blindfolded Watermelon Eating! This blindfolded, spin-around feeding frenzy was the pinnacle of fun! With random teams and dizzy feeders guided by patient shouts, it was a hilarious scene. The first to finish waved a triumphant hand, all smiles and faces dripping with juice—a perfectly sweet and messy ending!

Rooftop Hotpot & Birthday Wishes

The members of the Mid-Autumn Festival team spearheaded the effort for the hotpot dinner. They were a picture of cheerful cooperation, busy washing the food, setting up the tables, and laying out the utensils in a cheerful flurry of activity.

ARISE

A Team, A Family!

Just as everyone was enjoying the meal, we had a hidden surprise in store—a birthday celebration for colleagues with birthdays this month! Remember the “birthday list” from the Name Tag Elimination challenge earlier? That was actually a clue we planted in advance. As the melody of “Happy Birthday” began to play and the cake was wheeled out, the birthday honorees stepped forward in surprise while the entire gathering joined in a chorus of the birthday song.

United in Spirit, Forward in Hope

The team-building event came to a close amidst laughter and joy. We shed the fatigue of work, found synergy in games, savored warmth in the hotpot, and felt the care of our team through the birthday surprises.

More than just a team-building event, this “Celebrating Two Festivals, Uniting Strength and Moving Forward Together” gathering served as a genuine meeting of hearts and minds. In the days to come, may we continue to stand shoulder-to-shoulder as we did yesterday—supporting one another unconditionally, and carrying the passion and synergy forged here back into our daily work, to create more brilliant achievements together.

Finally, Arise once again wishes everyone a happy National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, and a very happy birthday to all our October celebrants!
